About

ABOUT ME

Hi, I'm Wade.

I work with trauma, addiction, relationship and attachment issues, burnout, disconnection, and that stuck feeling that's hard to shift.

I bring both professional training and lived experience. I know what it's like to sit on the other side - to not know where to start or to feel like things might never change. I've practised in trauma treatment hospitals, drug and alcohol services, community organisations and group programs. Along the way, I've completed specialised training in trauma-informed therapies, IFS, EMDR, polyvagal-informed practice, and suicide prevention.

This experience has shaped a way of working that's clear, honest, and human.

We go at your pace, pay attention to what matters, and work with what's here and now.

HOW I CAN HELP

Individual counselling is available online or in person, in a private room in Caringbah.

Group offerings vary - please get in touch for current availability.

A steady space to explore what’s really going on - the patterns, the pain, the parts of you asking for attention. You don’t have to be at breaking point to begin. We start with whatever’s here.

For the part of you that keeps taking over, and the part underneath it that's been carrying too much for too long. Neither one is the problem. They took on something that was never theirs, and no one's ever let them put it down.

You might have told the story already. More than once. And it still lands the same way in your body. EMDR works on the memory itself, not the telling of it. It's recommended for PTSD by the World Health Organization and in Australia's national guidelines.
