Relapse &Recovery Group
This is a trauma-informed Relapse & Recovery Group for people at any stage of recovery, including early recovery, navigating relapse, post-rehabilitation, or those wanting ongoing structure and support. The group offers a steady, supportive space to work with relapse patterns, urges, emotional distress, and the impact of shame.

The group follows a clear and intentional structure across weeks, combining stabilising, present-focused work with deeper reflective group work. Sessions are designed to support understanding of relapse processes, increase emotional and nervous system regulation, and build capacity to respond differently to urges and stress over time.
The group has been intentionally designed so people can join at any stage, rather than needing to start at a fixed point. This allows participants to engage in recovery support in a way that fits their current circumstances, alongside individual therapy, rehabilitation, or other supports. The group is run weekly and priced to remain accessible, providing ongoing, trauma-informed recovery support without requiring commitment to a long or costly program.
